Biography:

Salman Borhani's practice is entirely devoted to criminal defense.

Well versed in the constitutional rights of his clients, Mr. Borhani is an experienced and aggressive Los Angeles criminal defense attorney, former intern for the defense team at the Sierra Leone War Crimes Tribunal, contributing author for the United Nations Association, and former editor for two academic journals.

Mr. Borhani has handled numerous DUIs, drug possession cases, and a wide variety of other felonies and misdemeanors. With a background as a certified mediator and a graduate education in diplomacy, he has earned favorable case dispositions throughout Los Angeles county.

Mr. Borhani earned his law degree from John F. Kennedy University, his master's degree from the Whitehead School of Diplomacy at Seton Hall, and his bachelor's degree from Florida State University where he was a multiple Dean’s List recipient.
