According to a KTLA news report, a 37-year-old Ohio mother and her boyfriend were arrested on domestic violence charges after police were called to the home. The police officers were let in the house by a 15-year-old boy who told officers that his 8-year-old little brother was tied to a table in the living room. Police found the boy on the floor, his hands and feet bound with duct tape behind his back tied to a table.
The boy's mother, Andrea Huffman, and her boyfriend were asleep in the home when the officers arrived, and were arrested for domestic violence and child endangerment. They are currently being held in the Central Police Unit awaiting charges. The nine children in the home were removed and taken to the Department of Children and Family Services while the investigation continues through the Cleveland Police Department’s sex crimes and child abuse unit.
