Man Upset Over Fee Gets Arrested for Violent Crimes
Jose Luis Fajardo, 44, has more to worry about now than the $28 fee that he was arguing over last week. The off-duty Customs and Border Protection supervisor who works at the Los Angeles International Airport became upset when he was asked to pay $28 to exit a parking lot at the San Ydriso border on November 4.
The situation was further exacerbated when a driver behind Fajardo started to honk. Fajardo exited his car and reportedly kicked the side of the other car, grabbed that person's arm, and started yelling ethnic slurs and threats at the men inside after noticing the Jordanian flag on their dashboard.
Local authorities came and restrained Fajardo with handcuffs. There were no injuries reported from this incident. He was arrested on the charges of vandalism, battery, and making terrorist threats.
